How do I cancel my alerts?

Every alert email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also manage all your locations and thresholds from the confirmation email.

Can I set alerts for multiple cities?

Yes — you can add up to 10 locations per email address. Each location can have its own threshold.

What does "All Clear" mean?

After sending an active alert, WildfireWindow will send an "All Clear" notification once the AQI drops below your threshold for two consecutive hours.
